Suspension, Geometry & Setup

Suspension & Vehicle Dynamics.

Appearance is one reason. Precision, traction and control are the others. We treat suspension, ride height, wheel alignment, damping and intended use as one complete system.

Suspension as a Complete System

Not just lower. Properly set up.

The quality of a suspension system does not end with the product itself. Professional installation, precise geometry, correct calibration and a setup tailored to both the vehicle and the driver are what truly make the difference.

More than ride height.

Suspension modifications can improve appearance, but above all they can transform the way a vehicle drives: less body roll, sharper turn-in, more traction and a clearer connection to the car. The right solution always depends on how the vehicle will actually be used.

For Road and Daily Use

Drivers who want their vehicle to feel lower, sportier and more direct do not necessarily need an extreme setup. The key is a combination that brings comfort, everyday usability and vehicle dynamics together in the right balance.

For Enthusiastic Drivers

For more demanding driving, damping, geometry, vehicle balance and tyres become significantly more important. A fitted suspension system only becomes a truly effective setup once it has been adjusted correctly.

From a subtle drop to a performance setup.

We select the right solution based on the vehicle condition, desired lowering, driving profile and existing factory equipment.

01

Lowering Springs

A sensible solution when the main goal is improved appearance and the existing factory dampers are still in good technical condition. For older or worn dampers, we recommend a complete sports suspension system rather than springs alone.

02

Sports Suspension

Springs and matching dampers provide more controlled road behaviour and a well-balanced overall package. Ride height is fixed by design and cannot be adjusted individually.

03

Coilover Suspension

A coilover suspension allows the ride height to be adjusted individually within the specified adjustment range. This makes it possible to balance appearance, centre of gravity and practical requirements more precisely.

04

Adjustable Performance Suspension

Adjustable rebound and compression damping allow the damper characteristics to be tuned precisely. These systems are particularly suitable for serious road cars, track-focused builds and drivers with a clearly defined use case.

05

Anti-Roll Bars & Suspension Components

Anti-roll bars, bushings, control arms, strut braces and other components can improve steering precision, body control and feedback. What matters is that all components work together as a properly matched system.

06

Wheel Spacers & Vehicle Stance

Wheel spacers can improve appearance and vehicle stance. We check clearance, wheel coverage, suspension geometry and the combination with wheels, tyres and lowering.

Installation is only the beginning.

A suspension conversion is only complete once the vehicle has been measured, aligned, adjusted and, where required, calibrated correctly.

3D Wheel Alignment

Lowering changes toe, camber and other geometry values. We measure and adjust the vehicle precisely – not merely to bring the values into the green, but to suit the vehicle’s intended use.

Corner Weighting

With adjustable suspension, we can balance the load at each wheel precisely. A correct cross weight improves balance and provides more consistent turn-in in both directions.

ADAS Calibration

Changes in ride height can alter the angles of cameras and radar sensors. Systems such as adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assistance must then be calibrated correctly.

Electronic Dampers

Vehicles with adaptive damping or Magnetic Ride can often still be lowered. The key is correctly recalibrating the zero position so that the control system continues to function properly.

Road Test & Final Checks

After installation and setup, we assess the driving behaviour, check all relevant fasteners and ensure that the result suits both the vehicle and its intended use.

Inspection & Approval

Depending on the component and vehicle, we organise the required technical inspection by TÜV, DEKRA or GTÜ experts as part of the conversion process.

Performance Setup

Confidence comes from balance.

Stiffer is not automatically faster. Lower is not automatically better. A good setup takes damping, suspension travel, tyres, wheel alignment, corner weights and the actual driving profile into account. That is what creates confidence in the car.

Frequently asked questions about suspension.

Can I fit lowering springs only?

Yes, provided the factory dampers are in good technical condition and the desired lowering is suitable for the vehicle. On older vehicles or where the dampers are worn, a complete sports suspension system is often the better solution.

Do I need a wheel alignment after lowering the vehicle?

Yes. Changing the ride height alters the suspension geometry. Precise measurement and adjustment are important for handling, tyre wear and safety.

Can I retain Magnetic Ride or adaptive dampers?

On many vehicles, lowering is possible while retaining the factory electronically controlled dampers. The springs must be selected correctly, and the damper zero position must then be recalibrated.

Why do driver-assistance systems need calibration?

Cameras and radar sensors operate at defined angles relative to the road. After a change in ride height, recalibration may be required to ensure that adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance and other systems continue to function correctly.

What are the benefits of corner weighting?

With height-adjustable suspension, the load at each wheel can be balanced precisely. Correct cross weight improves overall balance and provides more consistent turn-in behaviour.

Is a stiffer suspension automatically sportier?

No. Too much damping or too little suspension travel can reduce traction and control. A good setup is not as stiff as possible; it is matched to the vehicle, tyres and intended use.

Not just lower. Better.
